# Up&Up

> Up&Up (Homevest Inc.) is a rental housing platform where renters build wealth while they rent. Instead of a traditional security deposit, renters contribute to an Up&Up Wallet that grows through their contributions, shared monthly rental profits, and home appreciation; at lease end they can buy the home, transfer the wallet to another rental, renew, or cash out. Up&Up is a Khosla Ventures portfolio company. It does not publish a public developer API.
