> Versuni is a global home-appliances company, headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands, that was formed when Philips Domestic Appliances was carved out and acquired by Hillhouse Investment in 2021. It designs and sells kitchen and home appliances — air fryers, coffee machines, kitchen appliances, garment care, home care and mother-and-child care — under a portfolio of brands including Philips, Saeco, Gaggia, Preethi, Senseo and L'OR Barista. Its connected appliances are supported by the consumer HomeID app (formerly NutriU).
