# VideoVerse (Magnifi) > VideoVerse is an AI video technology company founded in 2016 whose flagship SaaS platform, > Magnifi, detects key moments in live and archival footage and turns them into broadcast-ready > highlights, vertical cuts, multilingual captions and enriched metadata for sports broadcasters, > OTT platforms, leagues, teams, rights holders, news and entertainment. VideoVerse was acquired by > Minute Media in August 2025. Generated: 2026-09-04 Method: generated Source: apis.yml and the artifacts in this repository, which are built from https://docs.prod.videoverse.dev/ Note: VideoVerse publishes no llms.txt of its own. https://magnifi.ai/llms.txt and https://vverse.ai/llms.txt both return HTTP 404. This file is written by API Evangelist from public material and is not a first-party document. ## What you can actually call Magnifi publishes ONE API: the Magnifi Partner Integration API, a partner REST API documented as a Postman collection at https://docs.prod.videoverse.dev/ (42 paths, 57 operations, /v1). Three things an agent needs to know before planning against it: - **You cannot sign up.** Credentials (an Access Key and an Access Secret) are issued by a Magnifi representative to a partner entity. There is no self-serve signup, no free tier and no sandbox. - **The base URL is not published.** The documentation refers to it only as the variable `{{PARTNER_BASE_URL}}` and it is issued with the credentials. `api.magnifi.ai` is a live Magnifi host but answers 404 for every documented `/v1` path, so it is not the partner base. - **There is no idempotency mechanism.** Sixteen of the 57 operations are mutating and none documents replay protection. A stream, once created, has no published delete or cancel. ## Authentication Every request carries two headers: x-access-key: pak_ x-access-secret: An invalid pair returns HTTP 401 `{"message":"Invalid access key or access secret","error":"Unauthorized","statusCode":401}`. ## Surface - Partner — details, categories, templates, workspaces, stream custom fields, clip naming templates, storage buckets, languages, template audio options - Streams — create, update, list, get, and read the clips / highlight clips / highlights / filters / match videos generated from a stream - Clips, Highlights, Highlight Clips, Match Video — read the AI-generated content - Content — fetch a pre-signed URL for a video or thumbnail - Player, Team, Tournament — roster management for player tagging - Match Schedule — create, update, delete, de-link and invoke a stream from a fixture - Catch me up — a generated catch-up highlight for a stream - Webhook / Notifier — topics and subscription management - Entity Member — user and role management inside the entity ## Events Two webhook mechanisms, both HMAC-SHA256 signed in the `x-magnifi-signature` header: - **Metadata Delivery** — full content metadata pushed while a stream is processing, enabled by setting `publishingWebhookUrl` on the stream. Events include `CLIP_CREATED` and `CLIP_UPDATED`. Retried up to 3 times. - **Notifier** — field-level change notifications for `stream`, `clip`, `hlClip` and `matchVideo`, managed through subscriptions. Retried up to 5 times; repeated failures can disable the subscription. No AsyncAPI document is published. ## Errors A vendor envelope, not RFC 9457: {"statusCode": 404, "error": {"message": "Clip data not found", "code": "C001", "metadata": {}}} 57 named error codes are published across ten families (I, P, PA, S, C, H, M, MS, D, V). ## Artifacts in this repository - OpenAPI (derived from the provider's Postman collection): openapi/videoverse-magnifi-partner-openapi.yml - Postman collection (verbatim, first-party): postman/videoverse-magnifi-partner-integration.postman_collection.json - Authentication: authentication/videoverse-authentication.yml - Conventions, idempotency and reversibility: conventions/videoverse-conventions.yml - Error catalogue (57 codes): errors/videoverse-problem-types.yml - Data model (19 entities, 24 relationships): data-model/videoverse-data-model.yml - Webhook catalogue: asyncapi/videoverse-magnifi-webhooks.yml - Lifecycle and deprecation: lifecycle/videoverse-lifecycle.yml - Conformance: conformance/videoverse-conformance.yml - Rate limits (none published): rate-limits/videoverse-rate-limits.yml - Plans and pricing (none published): plans/videoverse-plans-pricing.yml - Packages (no first-party SDK): packages/videoverse-packages.yml - Agent Skills: skills/_index.yml - MCP candidate (no server exists): mcp/videoverse-mcp.yml ## Links - Company: https://vverse.ai/ - Product: https://magnifi.ai/ - Partner API documentation: https://docs.prod.videoverse.dev/ - Public Postman documenter: https://documenter.getpostman.com/view/34141959/2sA3s6EpXt - Support ticket: https://magnifi.ai/raise-a-ticket - Blog: https://magnifi.ai/insights/blog - Terms: https://magnifi.ai/terms-conditions - Privacy: https://magnifi.ai/privacy-policy - Data Processing Agreement: https://magnifi.ai/data-processing-agreement - GitHub: https://github.com/magnifi-codeverse ## Not published No OpenAPI, no GraphQL, no MCP server, no AsyncAPI, no SDK in any registry, no CLI, no sandbox, no status page, no changelog, no pricing page, no rate limits, no security.txt, no /.well-known document on any host, and no A2A agent card.
