# Vinculum (Vin eRetail)

> Vinculum provides an AI-driven SaaS suite for omnichannel retail and ecommerce — order management (OMS), warehouse management (WMS), product information management (PIM), and endless-aisle omnichannel — unifying 150+ sales channels for 1,000+ brands. Its Vin eRetail platform exposes REST APIs for orders, inventory, catalog, purchasing, and fulfillment, plus a SellerPanel V3 marketplace API.

## Authentication
- Vin eRetail: ApiOwner + ApiKey credential pair on every call (form-data, header, or query); DbId header selects tenant. See [authentication](authentication/vinculum-authentication.yml).
- SellerPanel V3: username + password exchanged at GET /authToken for a session token.
