# WelbeHealth

> WelbeHealth is a California public benefit company and provider-sponsored health plan that
> operates Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). It is both the insurer and the
> care provider for frail seniors who qualify for nursing-home level of care, coordinating and
> paying for all medical, behavioral, pharmacy, home care, rehabilitation, transportation and
> social services through interdisciplinary teams at PACE centers across California. Funded by
> capitated Medicare and Medicaid (Medi-Cal) payments. Founded 2015; headquartered in Menlo Park,
> California; converted to public benefit company status in 2022.

WelbeHealth publishes **no public API**. As of 2026-09-04, API Evangelist probed every
WelbeHealth-controlled host and found no developer portal, no API documentation, no
machine-readable contract (OpenAPI, Swagger, GraphQL, AsyncAPI, WSDL, gRPC, OGC), no MCP server,
no A2A agent card and no `/.well-known/` discovery surface. There is no `github.com/welbehealth`
organization. `api.`, `developer.`, `docs.` and `fhir.` subdomains do not resolve.
