# Woodstock

> Woodstock (Woodstock K.K., Tokyo) is a Japanese investment platform offering zero-commission, 24-hour US stock trading in JPY with fractional shares (0.0001-share increments). It is a Financial Products Intermediary (Kanto Financial Bureau No. 965) with customer assets held by affiliated broker AlpacaJapan. Its machine surface is a hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that lets AI agents manage portfolios, research US stocks, and place trades on a user's real account after OAuth + passkey authorization.

Woodstock publishes no public REST API; the Woodstock MCP server is the supported programmatic surface. All monetary values are JPY-denominated.
