# Xoom

> Xoom is PayPal's international money transfer (remittance) service, operating since 2001. It lets consumers send money to bank accounts, debit cards, mobile wallets, UPI, and PIX, send cash for pickup or delivery, and reload mobile phones in countries around the world. Xoom is a consumer service and does not publish a public developer API, OpenAPI specification, or developer portal on the xoom.com domain.

Xoom money transfer services in the U.S. are provided by PayPal, Inc., a licensed money transmitter regulated by state and federal U.S. agencies; in the UK/EEA the service is provided by PayPal (Europe) S.a r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., regulated by the Luxembourg CSSF.
