# Xtime

> Xtime is Cox Automotive's service experience platform for franchised auto dealerships, combining online appointment scheduling, service-lane check-in, multi-point vehicle inspection, customer communications, service marketing, and payment into one fixed-operations workflow. Xtime publishes no public developer portal or self-serve API; its integrations (Dealertrack DMS, VinSolutions, Dealer.com, Kelley Blue Book, vAuto, CDK Global, and other DMS/partner systems) are delivered through the Cox Automotive partner ecosystem.

Xtime is part of Cox Automotive (acquired 2014, sister brands include Dealertrack, VinSolutions, Kelley Blue Book, Autotrader, Manheim, and vAuto). Third-party technical integration with Cox Automotive products runs through the Cox Automotive Integration Platform at https://developer.coxautoinc.com/, which requires partner sign-in; no Xtime API documentation is publicly browsable.
