OATHBLOOM — PRIVACY POLICY

1. SUMMARY

Oathbloom does not require an account, and AppNovex does not collect or store your
personal data on any server. Your game progress is saved only on your device.

The game offers optional rewarded video ads provided by Google AdMob. Watching an ad is
always your choice and never required to play. To serve and measure those ads, Google
collects some data from your device, as described in section 2.


2. ADVERTISING — GOOGLE ADMOB

When you open a screen that offers a reward video, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect:

  - Device identifiers: the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA) ONLY if you allow
    tracking, plus identifier for vendors and ad identifiers.
    Purpose: serving, limiting and measuring ads; fraud prevention.

  - IP address and approximate (coarse) location derived from it.
    Purpose: serving relevant ads; fraud prevention.

  - Advertising data (ads shown, taps, completed views).
    Purpose: ad delivery, frequency capping, measurement.

  - Product interaction, crash and performance data.
    Purpose: analytics and keeping ads working correctly.

Google processes this data under its own policies:

3. YOUR CHOICES

  - App Tracking Transparency: Oathbloom asks for tracking permission only when you first
    tap a reward video. If you decline, ads are not personalised with your advertising
    identifier and every reward works exactly the same. You can change this at any time in
    iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

  - Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland): where required by law, Google's consent form is
    shown before any ad is requested, and you can decline.

  - All ads are optional. Oathbloom is fully playable without ever watching one.


4. IN-APP PURCHASES

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We never receive your payment details. Apple
provides anonymous transaction information needed to deliver and restore purchases.


5. DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE

Game progress and settings are saved locally on your device. You can erase them at any
time in Settings > Delete My Game Data inside the game, or by deleting the app.


6. SALE AND SHARING OF DATA

AppNovex does not sell personal data. The advertising data described in section 2 is
collected and used by Google as our advertising provider.


7. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

AppNovex holds no personal data about you. Data collected by Google is retained under
Google's policies linked above. To delete your game data, use Settings > Delete My Game
Data or delete the app. For any privacy request, email support@appnovex.com.


8. CHILDREN

Oathbloom is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal
information from children under 13.


9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If this policy changes, we will update this document and the date above, and update the
App Store privacy details before the change ships.
