YOUR PRIVACY MATTERS

PeaceSafe is built with your privacy as our top priority. We believe your mental health journey is deeply personal, and we've designed our app to keep it that way.

WHAT WE COLLECT: NOTHING

We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any of your personal information. Period.

Specifically:
- No account required - Start using the app immediately
- No email addresses collected
- No names or personal identifiers
- No usage data or analytics
- No tracking of your behavior
- No third-party analytics tools
- No advertising networks
- No data mining
- No cookies or tracking pixels

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE

All your data is stored locally on your device:
- Anxiety tracker entries
- Personal calm plan
- Thought reframing history
- Breathing exercise preferences
- All app settings

This data never leaves your device unless you choose to enable iCloud sync.

OPTIONAL ICLOUD SYNC

If you choose to enable iCloud sync:
- Your data syncs to your private iCloud account
- All data is encrypted by Apple
- Only accessible on devices signed into YOUR iCloud account
- We cannot see or access your iCloud data
- You can disable iCloud sync at any time in iOS Settings

TRIAL PERIOD

The app includes a 3-day free trial. Trial information is stored securely in your device's Keychain (Apple's secure storage system). This data:
- Never leaves your device
- Is encrypted by iOS
- Cannot be accessed by us
- Cannot be transferred between devices
- Is automatically deleted if you uninstall the app

IN-APP PURCHASE

When you purchase lifetime access:
- Payment is processed entirely by Apple
- We never see your payment information
- Apple handles all transaction security
- Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID
- We only receive confirmation that a purchase was made

NO THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

PeaceSafe does not integrate with:
- Analytics services (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Advertising networks
- Social media platforms
- Cloud storage services (except optional iCloud)
- Marketing tools
- Any third-party tracking

WORKS COMPLETELY OFFLINE

PeaceSafe works 100% offline. No internet connection is required or used for:
- App functionality
- Data storage
- Feature access
- Any core functions

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

PeaceSafe does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. The app does not require any personal information to use.

YOUR RIGHTS

Since we don't collect your data, there's nothing for us to:
- Delete (it's already only on your device)
- Export (you already have it)
- Modify (you control it)
- Share (we never access it)

You have complete control over your data at all times.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we ever change our privacy practices (which would only happen if we add optional features you can choose to use), we will:
- Update this privacy policy
- Notify you in the app
- Require your explicit consent for any new data collection
