# PrimAssist Privacy Policy

PrimAssist is a browser extension designed to automate shift management within Malmö University’s Primula system.

## Data Collection

PrimAssist does not collect, sell, or share personal data for marketing or analytics purposes.

The extension processes the following types of data strictly for functional purposes:
	•	The user’s MAU ID or email address, which is transmitted to the configured MAULazyTeams backend API to retrieve shift information.
	•	Website content within the Primula system necessary to automate form population.

The extension does not collect passwords, financial information, location data, or browsing history.

## Data Usage

Data is used solely to:
	•	Retrieve shift information from the configured backend API
	•	Populate form fields within the Primula system

## Data Storage

The extension may store limited local state in the browser (e.g., selected month/year and automation progress). This data remains on the user’s device.

No user data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
