# ChronoPin Privacy Policy **Effective date: 10 August 2026** Artticks Pte Ltd (“Artticks”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides the ChronoPin mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how ChronoPin handles information when you use the app. ## Our Privacy Approach ChronoPin is designed to work without an account, advertising, analytics or an Artticks cloud backend. We do not collect, sell, rent or use your personal information for advertising or tracking. ## Information Processed by the App ChronoPin may process the following information on your device to provide features you request: ### Photos and Videos ChronoPin uses the camera to capture photos and videos. Captured media is stored in the app’s private local storage. If you enable “Keep original”, an untouched copy is stored alongside the stamped version. ### Microphone Audio When you record a video with sound, ChronoPin uses the microphone to include audio in that video. The app does not use the microphone in the background. ### Location Information With your permission, ChronoPin accesses your location while you use the app. Location information may include latitude, longitude and estimated GPS accuracy. The information is used to show your current location status and to print the selected location details onto captures. ChronoPin does not request background location access. ### Street-Address Lookup If street-address display is enabled, ChronoPin may use the device platform’s geocoding service to convert coordinates into a best-effort address. This service may require a network connection and is subject to the platform provider’s privacy terms. Artticks does not receive or store this request on its own servers. ### Settings and Capture Records Your stamp preferences, custom label and local capture index are stored on your device so the app can remember your choices and display your private gallery. ## Data Collection and Tracking Artticks does not operate a server that receives your photos, videos, audio, location, custom labels or capture history from ChronoPin. ChronoPin does not include third-party advertising, cross-app tracking or analytics services. We do not use an advertising identifier and do not build user profiles. ## Sharing ChronoPin shares a media file only when you choose the Share action. The iOS share sheet lets you select the destination. Any service or recipient you select handles the shared file under its own terms and privacy policy. ## Storage and Retention Stamped captures, retained originals, location details and app settings remain on your device until you delete an individual capture, clear the app’s data or uninstall the app. Deleting a capture from ChronoPin permanently removes its stamped file and any retained original from the app’s private storage. ## Permissions ChronoPin may request: • Camera access to take photos and videos • Microphone access to record video with sound • Location access while using the app to create location stamps You can change these permissions in iOS Settings. Some features will not work without their required permission. ## Data Security ChronoPin relies on the security protections provided by iOS and app-private storage. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, but we limit processing and storage to what is needed for the app’s functions. ## Children’s Privacy ChronoPin is not directed at children for the purpose of collecting personal information, and Artticks does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. ## International Data Transfers Artticks does not transfer ChronoPin capture data to its own servers. Platform services or destinations you choose through the share sheet may process information in other countries under their respective terms. ## Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy when ChronoPin’s features or legal requirements change.
