# River Generals Privacy Policy

## Summary

River Generals is designed to work offline. The app does not require an
account and does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal data.
River Generals contains no advertising, analytics, tracking technology,
social login, or cloud service.

## Information We Collect

River Generals does not collect personal information or usage data.
Specifically, the app does not collect:

- names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account information;
- precise or approximate location;
- contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data;
- advertising identifiers or device fingerprints;
- gameplay analytics, diagnostics, or crash reports sent to Artticks;
- purchase, payment, health, fitness, or sensitive information; or
- data used to track a user across apps or websites.

## Information Stored on Your Device

The following game information may be stored locally within the app's private
storage on your device:

- active and completed matches;
- game settings and language preferences;
- learning progress and daily-challenge progress;
- experience points, piece mastery, achievements, and statistics;
- unlocked or selected cosmetic options; and
- saved replay files.

This information remains on your device and is not uploaded to Artticks.

## Replay Import and Export

You may choose to import a River Generals `.rgx` replay using the operating
system's document picker. Imported replay data is validated and processed
locally by the app.

You may also choose to export a replay using the operating system's share
sheet. River Generals does not select the destination or upload the replay on
your behalf. If you share a replay with another app or service, that third
party's privacy policy applies to its handling of the file.

## Device Permissions

River Generals does not request access to location, contacts, camera,
microphone, advertising identifiers, or the photo library. Replay import and
export use the operating system's document picker and share sheet, which are
activated only when you choose those actions.

## Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored game data remains on your device until it is removed through an
available in-app action or the app is deleted. Saved replays can be deleted
individually from the Library.

Deleting River Generals removes its private local data according to the normal
application-data behavior of the operating system. Artticks cannot retrieve,
restore, or delete this data remotely because it is not transmitted to
Artticks.

## Children’s Privacy

River Generals is suitable for a general audience. The app does not knowingly
collect personal information from children or adults. Because no account or
personal information is collected, the app does not use a child's information
for advertising, profiling, or communication.

## Security

River Generals limits its data handling to local game data and validates replay
files before importing them. No method of local storage is guaranteed to be
completely secure, so users should use the device security features provided by
their operating system.

## Third-Party Services

River Generals does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics,
tracking, account, or cloud-storage services. Operating-system features used
for document selection and sharing are provided by the device platform. Any
destination you select in the share sheet operates under its own terms and
privacy policy.

## International Data Transfers

River Generals does not transmit personal data to Artticks or operate a service
that transfers user data between countries.

## Your Privacy Choices

Because River Generals does not collect personal data, there is no personal
data held by Artticks for access, correction, portability, or deletion. You
control locally stored game data through the app and your device's application
management controls.

## Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated if River Generals changes its features or data
practices. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated when
the policy changes. A new policy will apply only from its stated effective
date.
