- From the "Triggers" page, click "New trigger".
- Put "Jira Service Management - Create Alert" into "Rule title".
- Under "When these conditions are met: ", add the conditions as specified below:
    - Conversations:Status equal to New
- Under "Perform the following actions:", select the Endpoint that you created.
- Click "Save".

- After the trigger is saved, click "New trigger" to add the second trigger.
- Put "Jira Service Management - Close Alert" into "Rule title".
- Under "Meet any of the following conditions:", add two conditions as specified below:
    - Conversations:Status changed to Completed
    - Conversations:Status equal to Completed
- Under "Perform the following actions:", select the Endpoint that you created.
- Click "Save".
