Commander Arnold is a Naval Flight Officer specializing in Maritime Patrol Operations. He most recently served on the Joint/Multi-National Staff of NATO's Commander Allied Forces Baltic Approaches (HQ BALTAP) in Karup, Denmark, as Staff Officer, Intelligence Plans and Staff Geographic Officer. His previous tours include duty on the staff of Commander-in-Chief, U.S. Atlantic Fleet; USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN-69); and three tours with U.S. Navy Maritime Patrol (VP) Squadrons conducting operations throughout the Atlantic Ocean, as well as the Mediterranean, North, and Norwegian Seas.
