Mr. Chalmer's areas of expertise include NATO civil and military organization, defense strategy, planning, and international negotiations, military operations, and multicultural adaptation and behavior. He has lived in Germany and the Netherlands while working at military headquarters for both NATO and the United States. Mr. Chalmer was a Massachusetts Institute of Technology Seminar XXI Fellow, 1994-1995.
