OCD Publications

OCD reports and publications are available to the public on request. Many publications are available for downloading in Acrobat format.

• CD Technotes are brief pamphlets about effective community development practices.
• Empowerment Zones/Enterprise Communities (EZ/EC) publications include program descriptions, progress reports, and technical assistance information
• OCD overhead transparencies, developed for use in public presentations, are available to USDA field staff and other interested persons.
