UPDATED CONFERENCE INFORMATION

The conference will be held at the Holiday Inn in Issaquah. Your conference registration does NOT include accommodations. Make room arrangements as soon as possible with the Holiday Inn at (425) 392-6421 or 1-800-HOLIDAY. Reservations must be made by October 4, 1999 to receive the conference rate of $85.00 per night.

The Registration fee is $110.00 per person. Register on-line at On-Line Registration. If possible, please indicate your method of payment, (Purchase Order or Check). Your conference fee includes all scheduled events, the reception on the evening of October 20, and any other noted meals in the agenda. However, you pay the same fee no matter how many days or sessions you attend.

Register by October 8, 1999.

Full refunds will be made for conference fees if notice is given on or before October 8. After that date, you may send an alternate in your place without penalty, but refunds will not be available.
