| This division brings together many of the licensing and certification functions in the MDA. It includes grain warehouse licensing and auditing; livestock weighing; bonding for wholesale produce dealers, livestock and grain warehouse functions; apiary registration and inspection, and unfair dairy trade practices. The wildlife damage compensation program pays farmers for crop damage by elk and livestock predation by timber wolves. |
