The proposals and preliminary views contained in the letters below reflect the output of the RCS. Some items were drafted by the RCS and reflect the federal government's perspective. In other cases the proposals or preliminary views were drafted by the FCC’s Informal Work Groups and have been reviewed and modified by the RCS. NTIA and FCC representatives will work together to come to a final agreement on each proposal or preliminary view. In many cases, these proposals and preliminary views have been further modified during negotiations between NTIA and the FCC.
