What we did to make this work:
  1. Researched and explored the many sites within the NASA homepage: www.nasa.gov
  2. Made an informational sheet for students to record facts on as we found them on the web site.
  3. Scheduled time to go to the media center to use the computer.
  4. Used a scan converter to show the web site on a big screen tv. This allowed all the students to watch as the teacher navigated.
  5. Discussed the outcomes of what we found.
  6. Formulated questions to email to the NASA scientists.
