   • Provide GSAMS access
   • Local, customizable, training facilities and staffing "24-hour" access center concept
3. Coweta Association for the Advancement of Technology (CAAT) - a community partnership group that works to promote technology use and community networking efforts for the good of all citizens in the area.
   • Help provide coordination and communications of community technology project goals
   • Provide mentors for Community Access Centers
   • Help promote awareness of the project
4. Newnan Water and Light services
   • Continue partnership with school system in building and subsidizing wide-area fiber optic network
   • Continue "public service" aspect of business plan by helping setup and sponsor Community Access Centers
   • Provide schools free access to cable TV and a dedicated channel for school system use.
   • Continue to be strong CAAT supporter of building a community-wide network
5. Newnan-Coweta Public Library
   • Act as a Community Access Center
   • Promote adult literacy training efforts
6. Newnan Times-Herald newspaper and cable TV channel
   • Promote project efforts and awareness, such as adult literacy, via print, cable and web site promotion
7. Alliance for Children's Enrichment - a partnership group of various social services, governmental and educational agencies which work together to coordinate services and resources.
   • Help coordinate parental involvement and social issues associated with the project
8. United We Stand - a community action and mentoring group strongly supported by project area churches.
   • Coordinate survey among members to provide Community Access Center sites
   • Mentor at Community Access Centers
   • Promote project goals through access to its membership
9. Coweta County Certified Literate Community initiative
   • Help coordinate and promote on-line literacy training for adults
10. Coweta County Prekindergarten Advisory Council
    • Coordinate the private/public pre-kindergarten training/resource sharing project component
11. Newnan Housing Authority
    • Provide access to office space to setup Community Access Centers in housing projects
12. Local civic groups
    • Promote project awareness and provide literacy mentors
