How To Register

An online version  of the Application and Terms of Service are available for customers
to print or to download!

  1. Print out, complete, and sign the Application form.

  2. Print out and sign the the Terms of Service.

  3. Take both the Application Form and the Terms of Agreement to the Business Building, Room 308,
    Department of CIS/POM in the College Of Business.   

  4. A BSU.NET representative will then make your BSU.NET account active by 6:30 p.m. the next business
    day     after the receipt of this form.  Before processing your application, you must pay the amount due for
    that current semester
