Doris Granatowski Joins eShare Technologies As Chief Operating Officer COMMACK, NY (April 6, 1998) eShare Technologies announced today that Doris A. Granatowski has joined the company as chief operating officer. Granatowski will direct the day-to-day business operations of the company and will assume responsibility for all core operating units including finance, engineering and marketing. Most recently, Granatowski was president and chief operating officer of World Merchandise Exchange, Inc. (WOMEX), an early-stage venture providing online global service for sourcing general merchandise worldwide. Before leaving to join eShare Technologies, she redefined the company's business model and created a profit-driven marketing strategy to achieve financial objectives. "Doris brings to eShare Technologies tremendous experience in a fast changing and very competitive global business economy," said James P. Tito, co-founder and chief executive officer. "Her expertise in software development and marketing, in addition to her leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of the needs of our enterprise customer base, will be extremely valuable to eShare Technologies as we step up to the next level of Internet software innovation." Granatowski's success in the high-technology arena stems from her unique ability to transition young companies into mature, robust corporations. She is well known in the industry from her years at Cheyenne Software, purchased by Computer Associates International in December 1996. After joining Cheyenne as vice president of operations, Granatowski was promoted to executive vice president of operations and corporate marketing. During that time, she led a team of six directors and 220 employees through a company-wide productivity/efficiency improvement initiative. Between 1988 and 1994, Granatowski was managing director and senior vice president at Imrex Systems International Ltd., the European subsidiary of Imrex Computer Systems, Inc., a logistics and financial applications software developer for IBM's AS/400 platform. Based in the United Kingdom, she orchestrated the successful turnaround of a recently acquired UK subsidiary, revitalizing the international distribution network and reengineering all core business operations. Granatowski is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Connecticut Society of CPAs. She holds a master's degree in accounting from the University of New Haven in addition to a master's degree in education and a bachelor's degree in accounting and literature from Central Connecticut State University. eShare Technologies, Inc.
