COMMACK, NY (May 26, 1998) — Helping make a unique new concept in charitable fund-raising a reality, e-Share Technologies is contributing both software and manpower to the largest-ever charitable E-commerce project in history.

eShare Technologies Expressions® Interaction Suite 3.1 will be used to create Internet "SimulChat" sessions during the Children's Miracle Network (CMN) 1998 Telethon, airing May 30-May 31^st from Disney's Epcot Center in Orlando. During the broadcast, viewers will be able to log onto the Internet to chat with each other and with the stars who will be performing for the fundraiser. Visitors to the website will also be able to make donations.

In addition to donating their software, eShare will provide the moderators for the two-day telethon. The moderators will share a VIP chat room with the star, permitting the stars to respond to selected viewer questions or comments.
