eShare NetAgent Wins Editor's Choice Award from C@ll Center Solutions Magazine

Publication Calls NetAgent One of the Most Powerful Internet Customer Interaction Tools on the Market

Commack, NY, June 14, 1999 — eShare Technologies today announced that its NetAgent product has received a 1999 Editor's Choice Award from C@ll Center Solutions, an industry publication. The full review, which was conducted by TMC Labs, can be found online as well as in the publication's June 1999 issue.

eShare NetAgent 2.1 is a customer interaction software solution that helps online stores both manage their inbound e-mail traffic and engage in a real-time dialog with their Web site visitors. C@ll Center Solutions and TMC Labs tested NetAgent at its state-of-the-art facility, which is run by a team of experienced computer and telecommunications engineers.

After completing their analysis, C@ll Center Solutions wrote: "As e-commerce becomes more and more prevalent and acceptable to consumers, companies must focus on how they present their Web sites to satisfy visitors' needs…By adding [real-time interaction], a company can greatly improve its relationship with existing and potential buyers…One of the most powerful tools that aims to meet these needs is eShare's NetAgent Customer Interaction Center Version 2.1."

The publication's editors went on to add: "The features of eShare's Customer Interaction Center Version 2.1 give customers a chance to interact with agents over the Web. The methods in which this is done as well as the supervisory and administrative features are impressive. As a result, eShare deserves an Editor's Choice Award. As more technology develops in this area, we fully expect eShare to continue to develop high-quality software and keep up with the trends as e-commerce heads down some new roads on the Net."

In addition, C@ll Center Solutions also called attention to NetAgent's ability to help e-commerce sites manage their burgeoning in-bound e-mail load. "Not only does NetAgent provide basic e-mail features, it can also attach notes to an e-mail and provide a view of the history of all the interactions between a customer and the agent(s)," the editors wrote. "Even more impressive is that it can search incoming e-mail for keywords or phrases to be able to send an intelligent, automated response, or more important, to determine which agent would be most appropriate to answer the e-mail. This is crucial for customer service because it helps serve the customer in a timely fashion with more pointed results."
