NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- (Nov 9, 1999) -- ClientLogic Corporation, a leading provider of infrastructure solutions to technology and Internet companies, announced today a partnership with eShare Technologies (NASDAQ: ESHR), a total-solution provider of unified Web and telephony customer communication solutions for customer-contact centers, e-commerce and online communities.

ClientLogic leverages eShare's NetAgent(TM) software, the first integrated Web customer interaction solution that combines e-mail management with live interaction for eBusinesses, in support of ClientLogic's Internet customer-care solutions.

"NetAgent enhances our existing Internet customer-care solutions, allowing ClientLogic to better manage e-mail traffic and engage in instant dialogs with visitors to clients' Web sites," said Bob Fetter, chief marketing officer at ClientLogic. ClientLogic incorporates NetAgent into its existing Primus(R) knowledge-base and Vantive customer relationship management (CRM) applications, adding significant value for its clients.
