Membership Records Assistant
Salary Range $30,270 - $41,086
Drawing on your experience in high volume records handling in a modern
database environment, you will support the ongoing maintenance of the Member Registry by
reviewing and imaging incoming documents and updating client electronic files. An ability
to contribute positively to a fast-paced team, familiarity with Microsoft Office, advanced
keyboarding speed and accuracy, and familiarity with university transcripts are assets for
this position.
Primary Duties:
Review incoming documents to determine type, authenticity, or the nature of the
writers request
Create or open electronic client files
Scan incoming documentation using College imaging equipment and update membership
database
Receive and process fee payments and requests for change of information in membership
database (name, address, employment, language of preference, notice of death, and so
forth)
Investigate unusual or entwined records; report and resolve associated issues
Liaise with Information Technology staff for technical support issues within Records
Receive and process requests for statements of standing and duplicate certificates
Generate acknowledgment letters for new applicants and customized letters in response to
other service requests
Perform other duties as assigned.
