my Explorer runs like a charm...except when it has been sitting and is started up. then it feels like it is not running on all cylenders and is rough. the RPMs go between 500 and about 800 RPM and the truck shakes. If I rev the engine up it will sputter a bit and then will speed up. Then when I let off the gas again it gets rough again sometimes...after it is in Drive and I am going then it is fine. In reverse it still runs bad right after starting. ANy suggestions? It has new spark plugs, O2 sensors, freshly cleaned MAF and K&N air filter, synthetic oil. The old spark plugs were VERY clean, and the engine usually runs great, but it is only when it is hot that it acts up.
Any other stuff to check?!

First thing on the list, get some Fuel Injector cleaner. I always use STP Super Concentrated. That might just do the trick
