to augment the human resource function of our customers with trained and qualified temporary employees thus enabling
our customers to:
- have skilled replacements when regular employees are not at work
- avoid over staffing
- control operating costs
- supplement the regular work force during peak periods of business activity
- minimize recruiting costs
- reduce rapidly expanding fringe benefit expenses incurred by permanent employees
- reduce overtime payroll expenses
- handle unique special assignments or short-term jobs without the added expense of adding more permanent employees
- rehire retired workers, thus retaining the job knowledge and experience while transferring the fringe benefit
and payroll costs to the temporary company
RECRUITING
We firmly believe that our strongest
recruiting tools are the customer and employee referrals we receive from maintaining high standards of quality
and strong relationships with our customers and employees. However, in addition to referrals, we utilize:

- Business college and university recruiting
- Job fairs
- Churches
- Business, civic and community organizations
Each prospective employee is thoroughly
screened, tested, interviewed and referenced prior to being assigned. We also regularly perform credit checks,
criminal history checks and drug testing for our customers.
