This website is dedicated to providing information and resources about Amateur Radio Emergency Communications and other Emergency Response issues.

The site is provided as a public service. It is part of the NIH Radio Amateur Club (NIHRAC) web site. The NIHRAC web site is operated through a local area network (LAN) connection supplied by the Office of the Director (OD) of the National Institutes of Health. This LAN is still under construction. The Laboratory of Systems Neuroscience, NIMH at the NIH Animal Center in Poolesville, Maryland is temporarily hosting this web page until the OD LAN connection is complete.
