The Fifth Asean Telecommunication Regulators’ Council (ATRC) Meeting was held from 16-18 August in Hanoi. The Meeting was attended by about 80 participants which included top telecom executives from ASEAN countries, representatives of private sector, Mr. Hamadoun I. Toure, Director BDT, ITU, Mr. Honorio Vitasa, Assistant Director, ASEAN and A. Narayan, DED, APT also participated actively in the meeting.
