| The Lumberton School District offers children in grades kindergarten through eight the opportunity to receive a first-class education in central Burlington County. With an average addition of 90-130 students per year, Lumberton has one of the most rapidly growing school districts in South Jersey. Enrollment for the 1999-2000 school year is approximately 1350 students. The districts youngest students, grades K-2, learn in the Florence L. Walther School (enrollment 475). Students in grades 3-5 are educated at the Bobbys Run School (enrollment 440), which is located adjacent to the Lumberton Middle School on Dimsdale Drive. Students in grades 6-8 receive instruction at the Lumberton Middle School (enrollment 410). The Lumberton Schools educate students under the leadership of Frank J. Logandro, Superintendent of Schools; Thomas Fanuka, Business Administrator, and Lorraine Marinelli, Ed.D., Assistant Superintendent.
