The following page are the terms of service which are applicable to all users of all Cyberbees Online services. This includes both surfers and members.  Please read the following carefully and thouroughly.

Member Accounts

• New member registrations must be fully completed with the proper information for valid accounts.
• You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and you will also be responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must notify us about any illegal use of your account and all unauthorized creations under that account.
  

Individuals who use our site must be aware of the following items.

• Do not post anything that may, in any way, degrade or offend anyone.  Cyberbees Online cannot be used to abuse, harass, threaten or defame any person(s).
• Do not violate the legal rights of others, such as the right of privacy and publicity.
• No obscene, infringing, illegal, defamatory, inappropriate information or language may be distributed or used to express oneself.
• Do not exploit the system by placing irrelevant posts on the site, especially information that may provoke potential harm to others in any way.
• Spamming and soliciting on this site is strictly forbidden and posts and booths that do so will be promptly removed.
• Individuals who use our site must be aware of the rights the staff and owners of this site hold.

REMOVAL OF SUBMISSIONS

• We hold the right to remove any posts, booths or information from the system without warning, which we find, in our sole discretion, violates any of these content guidelines or otherwise is in violation of the law. We will also be forced to remove any posts, booths or information that is offending a huge body or users, or is receiving an extravagant amount of protest.
• We hold the right to disapprove any booths or posts submitted into our database that goes against these terms of service as above.
  

REVISION OF SUBMISSIONS

• We hold the right to revise submissions to suit the public. This includes spelling corrections and simple grammatical errors. We also hold the right to delete any offensive words or terms.
• Incomplete or extremely illogical submission of booth topics will be sent back to the creator to be revised.
  

MEMBER TERMINATION

• We hold the right to remove members from Cyberbees Online who continually misuse and abuse the site and services provided. Members who violate the site's terms of service will be warned in advance. If illegal use is continued, membership will be terminated.

BLOCKING USERS

In the event of users causing harm to others in the site, or causing harm to the system, we hold the right to block users from entering the site.

Please use our site with respect. It is made for the public to use and enjoy, and it is our duty to keep it a safe and non-violent environment.
