...I apologize to Mr. Buker! He left a week's worth of "musings" to post each day this week on his page but I've forgotten to post them for the last few days. They are all there now, though!
Visitors from around the world!

Last week I was looking over some of the statistics that the web server gathers on who is requesting pages, particularly where the requests are coming from, and I was surprised to see how many DIFFERENT COUNTRIES the requests have come from in the last 30 days. The countries that have viewed at least one page served from our web server include the United Kingdom, Germany, the Russian Federation, Canada, Norway, Japan, Sweden, Belgium, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Ghana, the United Arab Emirates, Austria, Poland, Greece, Malaysia, Singapore, Brazil, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, Italy, Israel and France. Whew!

The counter at the bottom of this page hit 10,000 today, indicating that the district home page has been loaded that many times since just before Christmas break. Thanks to all of the staff members who have been constantly updating their information and making this a site worth visiting!
FYI . . . the counter is incremented whenever you load the page for the first time during a session (i.e., not when you use your back arrow or otherwise call the page up during a session) or when you hit reload on your browser.

By all means, if you have not yet made Mr. Buker's Page part of your daily reading, then please try it at least once. You will find many stories of inspiration and hope. We can all use a "pick-me-up" once in a while. You will find at least one here. Thanks, Dave!
