This Tri-mester is flying by. We are currently working on electrical systems and scientific laws pertaining to electricity. A chapter 21 test will be given Thursday April 20th.

Our next area's of study will include forces and motion. We will investigate Newton's Laws with a variety of class Laboratories and activities, perform calculations involving speed, time, and distance, and analyze action and reaction forces. (see chapter 3 and 4 in the text)

Our last unit will examine simple machines and how they work together to form a compound machine. Students will investigate the efficiency and mechanical advantages of machines by building an
"egg cracker".(chapter 7)

Before we know it, it will be time to take the year-end final, check in our books and say hello to summer vacation.

Keep a smile on your face and enjoy your Spring!
