WCW Wrestlers losing faith in Russo + More
By Alexi Franklin on June 14, 19100 at 08:24:20
The following piece is a rumor, it has not been substantiated or confirmed This following report is a report of what WCW Wrestlers are talking about. It does not reflect on my opinions. Not everyone feels this way. This is just what a few people are saying. This is NOT my opinion and I don't neccesarily agree with it; I also don't neccesarily disagree with it, as my opinion has NOTHING to do with the story. :// The boys in the WCW locker room are upset with Russo. They feel that Russo talks out of both sides of his mouth. He has said that manager's are obsolete, and yet he has implemented the use of actors to help create story lines. Since these new types of talent are unwilling or unable to take a bump, once again the whole emphasis of the show is off wrestling. At the same time female valets are being pushed into wrestling whether they have that type of background or not, whether they want to or not. The obvious use of a stuntman at the Great American Bash to fool the fans into believing Sting is injured is again showing how even the wrestlers aren't doing their own wrestling any more. The rumbling coming from the locker room is that Russo is intentionally undermining the show, or that he is totally inept. :// The most recent edition of NWA Worldwide TV featured no WCW talent. The territory is a developmental area for WCW workers. No word yet on why this happened. :// Tammy Sytch's name has been removed from the WCW.com superstars section.
