WWF News: WWF No Mercy, XFL, WWF/NBC, & More

The following news is from PWTorch.com: -The correct release date for No Mercy for N64 is Nov. 17, not Dec. 17, as we reported yesterday. Dec. 17 is the release date for the Game Boy Color version of the game. -Multichannel News reports that NBC and the WWFE closed their deal, which includes TV rights to the XFL games. NBC completed the the deal purchase 2.3 million newly issued class-A shares in WWFE for $30 million. WWFE has 70.5 million A- and B-series shares outstanding. NBC will air the regional and national XFL games on Saturday nights in primetime from February through April. The first XFL championship game is scheduled for Apr. 21, 2001.
