WCW Thunder Report for June 14, 2000

Vince Russo, David Flair, Jeff Jarrett and the Cat came out. They talked about how they ended Ric Flair's career. They then talked about what the did to Nash. He then come out and cleaned house.
Backstage, Russo was talking to Bischoff asking when Goldberg would be there, and they said soon. Russo was very worried.
Kronic came out and challeneged the tag team champs to come out and defend their title. Chris Candido came out and said he has a tag team partner and that was Bam Bam Bigelow. Could this be the beginning of the Triple Threat reunion? Candido starts the match and gets finished quick and Kronic gets the win. Bam Bam runs in and actually is standing his own against Kronic. Security comes in and breaks it up.
The Mamalukes come out. Big Vito talks about how there is finally a new Italian star in WCW. Johnny then asks how come Vito is the champ. Vito then says Johnny deserves to be champ and crowns him. He then jumps Johnny and DDTs him from the apron to a table at ringside.
There was surviellence footage shown of David and Miss Hancock talking and being all touchy feely.
Shane Douglas came out and bashed Buff Bagweel. Buff then came out and they brawled and Candido and Bam Bam came in and held Buff down as Douglas beat on him. Looks like the Triple Threat is back. Then, Kronic came in and they ran the Triple Threat out.
Backstage, Stasiak and Pulumbo were watching footage of Abbott and Stiener and were mocking them. From behind, Abbott and Stiener attacked them.
Backstage, The Cat told Russo that he found Goldberg. They open a limo door but its Scott Stiener.
Kanyon and Mike Awesome come out. Kanyon is wearing a DDP shirt and a blond wig to represent him being DDP. They made an open challenge. Tank Abbott and Rick Stiener come out. They brawl and never really had a match. They fight all over the ringside area. Pulumbo and Stasiak come in and attack Abbott/Stiener. Scott Stiener runs in and attacks Awesome/Kanyon and cleans house. Rick and Scott are left in the ring staring at each other as Thunder goes to commerical.
Backstage, Russo finds a car and gets into it but Nash comes and trys to grab him but Russo runs off.
Backstage, Kidman is interviewed and he talks about how he and the Hogans are not friends. He just wanted to screw Bischoff.
Jeff Jarrett comes out to defend the World Title against Billy Kidman. Kidman was great in the match as he was controlling the match most of the way with a lot of close pins. Mid-match, the Filthy Animals come out and Jarrett is a bit worried. In the end, Rey runs in and distracts the ref and Konnan takes the guitar and hits Kidman. Jarrett then gets the win. Afterwards, the 5 men attack Kidman and Nash comes out again and cleans house.
Vampiro and Demon fought to a no contest. Asya got involved in this match as well.
Daffney came out and bad mouthed David and Miss Hancock. She then called Miss Hancock out. They had a catfight until David came in and broke it up. He started screaming at Daffney. Crowbar came in as a peacemaker and got low blowed.
Backstage, Russo walks into the Cat's office saying that Nash would never think he was stupid enough to be in there but Nash was hidding there. Russo runs off.
Big Poppa Pump came out with his beautiful freaks to take on the Cat who came out with R and B security. The match went back and forth. At one point, Midajah did her cross body on the Cat. In the end, Stiener got the Stiener Recliner. Cat gives up and Stiener wins. Cat grabs the mic and says that the Stiener Recliner is an illegal chokehold and the Cat reversed the match.
Crowbar came out to take on David Flair. Very slow paced match with Crowbar controlling most of the match. David has improved a lot as a wrestler. In the end, Crowbar was about to pin David, but David grabs the Statue of Liberty and hits Crowbar over the head with it and gets the win. After, David was shaving Crowbar's head until Miss Hancock came out and loured David backstage.
Kevin Nash comes out with Jarrett at bay. He says if Russo doesn't come out some bad things will happen to Jarrett. Vince Russo comes out and says he has Scott Hall's contract. Russo says that if Nash doesn't let Jarrett go, he will terminate Hall's contract. Goldberg's music hits and from behind he attacks Nash. Jarrett then beats Nash with a bat. Russo then holds Hall's contract above Nash as Nitro ends.
