  • Official WWF Smackdown Preview
By Nate Dogg on June 15, 2000

The following preview comes off of the newswire. Source credited within

WWF.com brings us the official Smackdown! preview. Here is is:

    Down, but not out

After the stunning announcement on Monday's RAW that Kane, the Undertaker and The Rock would join forces at King of the Ring against Triple H, Shane McMahon and Vince McMahon, the Faction wasted no time in trying to cause tension between the trio. But their plan backfired, and Triple H wound up going through a table as Kane, Rock and Undertaker finally showed some unity. Heading into SmackDown!, the Faction is fuming, and they will be in the house in Chicago to address the situation!

Also, Shaft himself will be on SmackDown! Samuel L. Jackson, who stars as Shaft in the motion picture which opens this Friday, will be on Thursday's show. In what capacity will he be there? Tune in to find out!

The final two spots in the King of the Ring Tournament will be filled this Thursday, as both members of Too Cool will have the chance to make the tournament! Grandmaster Sexay will take on Edge in one qualifier, while Scotty Too Hotty faces off against D'Lo Brown!

All that, plus T&A take on the Hardy Boyz, and Chris Jericho, The Rock, Kane and the Dudley Boyz will be in action!
