  • BREAKING NEWS: Vince Russo quits WCW?
By Eric Loy on June 16, 2000

The following comes off of the newswire. If using this news, please credit Wade Keller.

» Vince Russo is just about at his boiling point with WCW. He is tremendously frustrated with just about everything that is going on within WCW, including the low ratings, Standards and Practices vetoing ideas, and Bischoff and himself arguing over ideas. For example, Bischoff wants to bring back Kimberly and Lex Luger, while Russo is dead set against it. People close to Russo said he was so upset he "quit" from WCW earlier today, but thought it over for a few hours and decided to take a few days off to ponder his future with the company. Reportedly, Hulk Hogan is siding with Russo in this argument. There is a possibility that this is a work, but it isn't likely. As always, we will keep you all abreast of the situation, and pass along any and all information we recieve.
