ECW House Show Results - June 16, 2000
From Salem, NH
Report by: David Fournier, 1WrestlingTo start off the show they announced Spike Dudley who came out with a brace on his leg. Then out came Lou E. Dangerously, C.W.Anderson, Wild Bill Wiles, The Dangerous Alliance. They attacked Spike which brought out Nova, Chris Chetti, and Kid Kash.
In the first match of the show Chilly Willy beat Chris Hamrick with a Michinoku driver. The ref was Nick Bell who after the match shoved down Hamrick.
Next was Danny Doring and Roadkill who were victorious over Simon Diamond and Swinger accompanied by The Prodigy, The Prodigette, The Musketeer and Mitch.
Mikey Whipwreck with Sinister Minister beat Little Guido with Sal E. Graziano when Tony Mamaluke came out and Mikey hit a double whippersnapper from the turnbuckles.
Next started out as a singles match with Balls Mahoney against EZ Money. Chris Hamrick interfered and they were doubleteaming Balls and then Natural Born Killaz played and out came New Jack with only a hockey stick and a 2x4. It then became an impromptu tag team match ending with New Jack doing a top rope chairshot and got the win pinning Hamrick. Before the match a girl in the audience flashed for Balls.
They then took an intermission and Bill Alfonso signed autographs. He was telling fans that RVD would not be there as he was stuck in Houston. No announcement was made.
After intermission Nova, Chris Chetti, and Kid Kash were victorious over The Dangerous Alliance. Missed most of the match so not many details.
The Baldies had a confrontation with HC Loc which then brought out Nick Bell and this turned into a tag team match with The Baldies getting the win when Vic Grimes pinned HC Loc and Angel made the count.
Scotty Anton beat Tajiri when Steve Corino interjected himself in the match and superkicked Tajiri into Anton's sunset flip.
Corino then challenged anyone in the back to an extreme death match saying he was breaking his gimmick. Out came Jerry Lynn to answer the challenge and the match was on. Lynn got the win with a cradle piledriver on a chair after Tajiri spit the mist at Anton and Tommy Dreamer came out in street clothes and battled Jack Victory to the back.
A really disappointing show. No Raven, No Justin Credible, No RVD, No Sandman, and no Rhino. Dreamer was only out for that brief spot at the end. I know the crowd was small but usually ECW still puts on a better show.
They return to the Icenter in Salem, NH on Saturday, August 26 with tickets going on sale Monday.
