The University of Miami looks to its most valuable assets--its alumni--for energy and wisdom as it moves forward into the 21st century.  At the same time, it is through this group of individuals that the history and traditions bonding all UM students is preserved.

There are many Miami alumni who maintain connections to their alma mater by volunteering time and/or services to alumni clubs, events, or committees.  There are also opportunities for helping current students through mentoring and career development programs, as well as opportunities to work on fundraising projects for the University.  Please realize that every contribution is of significance.
