The Stier Group will send personal invitations to the following :
All guests and visitors of COMPUTAX 2002.
Buyers and end-users from the Israeli trade and industry sectors, service companies and trading companies.
The Israeli community of computer programmers, engineers, analysts and technicians.
International buyers and representatives, local Trade Attaches and government representatives.

Computax 2000 was visited by over 34,000 people. Attendance grows steadily every year owing to the ever-increasing interest in computer solutions for  business and industry.  Israel’s business world is highly computerized, and its high-tech industry is acknowledged as one of the world’s leaders in the field.

There is a very large community of professionals in Israel for whom Computax is an educational necessity.



Timetable:

Set-up of exhibition stands Monday 10 June 2002
Opening Day Tuesday 11 June 2002
Closing Day Thursday 13 June 2002

Dismantling of stands - Thursday 13  June 2002, 18.00 until midnight.
Please be advised that no equipment should be left in the Exhibition Hall after this time.



Congresses and Meetings:

CODEX CONGRESS 2002:

The 8th International Congress on Bar Code Technologies and Data Processing will be held concurrently with the exhibition. The congress attracts leading names in the field and is supported both locally and internationally. 250 local professional participants are expected to attend.

Local trade associations hold meetings and seminars throughout the exhibition.  A detailed programme will be available four months prior to the event.  Exhibitors who wish to present papers in a seminar or plan a commercial presentation for  specific company products are invited to contact the Stier Group Congress Department (Mrs. Sarit Mor) for further details.  Please note that requests must be submitted no later than 1 February 2002.



Exhibition Catalogue:

The exhibition catalogue includes a classified listing of exhibiting companies in Hebrew and English.
The catalogue contains two parts.

  1. Classified index with exhibitors' data, which is free of charge to all exhibitors.
  2. Advertising space available at preferred rates.

Assistance for Overseas Exhibitors:

Our overseas department will do their best to meet all of the needs of our overseas clients, in order to enable easy and efficient stand management, accommodations, forwarding services, storage, hostess, translation and various other needs.

Transport, Customs Clearance, Storage:
Amit Ltd. has been appointed official agent forwarding and clearance agent.
These services can be booked in advance:
Transport to and from the exhibition complex.
Freight forwarding.
Customs clearance.
Storage.
Exhibitors are advised to arrange their orders for Amit Ltd. one month prior to the exhibition at the latest, to avoid delays in processing their order.

Accommodation & Tourist Services



Exhibition Fees:

6 square meters (2m x 3m)    
  Modular stand $US 3,300.00
  Each additional square meter $US 400.00
Unconstructed space    
  Space only may be reserved at a minimum of 18sqm at a cost of $US 380.00 per sqm

Preferred Areas:
a. stands with 2 fronts - additional 10%
b. stands with 3 fronts - additional 15%
c. stands with 4 fronts - additional 20%



Registration and Terms of Payment:

1. Registration must be completed on the official I.I. Stier Group Ltd. registration form.
2. US 1,000 or 25% of total fee (whichever higher) must be paid with the return of the registration form.
3. 35% of total fee must be paid until 1 February 2002.
4. Balance due must be paid 10 days prior to the opening of the exhibition.
5. Prices are exclusive of V.A.T.
6. All rates are quoted in United States Dollars as of August 2000 and are subject to change.



Exhibition Fee for Constructed Area (Modular Stands) Includes:

1 Two side panels and a back wall.
2 Additional panels can be ordered to divide the stand into separate sections.
3 Fascia sign including company name in Hebrew or English (7 letters per running meter). Corner stands may have company name displayed on each side.
4 200 printed invitations to the event (for trade only).
5 Advertising at reduced rates in the Exhibition Catalouge.
6 Two chairs, one table and one shelf per stand up to 8 sqm.
7 Spotlights - one per frontage running meter.
8 One electrical outlet of one kilowatt per 8 sqm. Additional power supply including three-phase sockets etc. can be reserved at an additional fee.
9 A variety of services and rental options can be reserved against an extra fee as published in the Exhibitors’ Instruction Manual.
10 Listing of exhibiting companies in the catalogue index.
11 One parking space per stand, located near the exhibition hall.


Exhibition Fee for Unconstructed Area (Floor Space) Includes:

1 Exhibition space as ordered.
2 200 printed invitations to the event, for trade only.
3 Advertising at reduced rates in the Exhibition Catalogue.
4 A variety of services and rental options can be reserved for an additional fee, as published in the Exhibitors’ Instruction Manual.
5 One parking space per stand, located near the exhibition hall.

Exhibitors are provided with a variety of services such as electrical supply and furniture.
