What’s in the Exhibition?

Professional event organization by businesses for business promotion, whether in closed company events or promotional activities and exhibits in Israel and abroad, has become a fast-developing field over the last few years. The Israeli business world has discovered the potential of business events. This is the issue addressed by the exhibition – it comes to answer the real needs of diverse business organizations – hi-tech companies, exporters, industrial firms, government offices, municipal bodies, kibbutzim, institutes, financial firms, business firms and factories – for information and means.
There is a constant need for up-to-date information regarding the organization of events – all the innovations, techniques, possibilities and services that are utilized to create an event of the highest professional level. “Business Events 2001” allows our business visitors to view new ideas and possibilities regarding possible events, to compare prices and to conclude transaction at special, exhibit-only, prices.
The “Business Events 2001” exhibition is committed to professionalism in event organization. The Stier group, along with the exhibition’s directive committee, wishes to create a presentation forum that will form the cutting-edge of the events’ field. The forum will be formed of the directive committee’s members and from presenters in the exhibition, and will set an ethics standard for the field, in the hopes of creating professional integrity and fair competition.
Within the exhibition, the visitors will be able to enter professional seminars and discourses regarding event production.
Stier group has chosen the most exclusive and innovative exhibition center for this exhibition, in order to meet the needs of the event. We hope to create a business environment that will aid in creating a presentation that is fitting of the exhibition’s respectable visitors.
Entrance is by invitation only. Stier group will send invitations to the entire target audience.

Guests and Visitors:
The exhibition is a professional event, and it is directed only at business decision-makers. It is intended for all managers, event managers, acquisition managers, and human resources manager in hi-tech industries and large companies, and at exporters and importers. We also target event producers and managers in the commercial and industrial fields, advertisers and managers of advertiser agencies.

Dismantling of stands - Thursday 15 March 2001, 20.00 until midnight.

Please be advised that no equipment should be left in the Exhibition Hall after this time.



Congresses and Meetings:

Local trade associations hold meetings and seminars throughout the exhibition.  A detailed programme will be available four months prior to the event.



Exhibition Catalogue:

The exhibition catalogue includes a classified listing of exhibiting companies in Hebrew and English.
The catalogue contains two parts.

  1. Classified index with exhibitors' data, which is free of charge to all exhibitors.
  2. Advertising space available at preferred rates.


Assistance for Overseas Exhibitors:

Our overseas department will do their best to meet all of the needs of our overseas clients, in order to enable easy and efficient stand management, accommodations, forwarding services, storage, hostess, translation and various other needs.

Transport, Customs Clearance, Storage:
Amit Ltd. has been appointed official agent forwarding and clearance agent.
These services can be booked in advance:
Transport to and from the exhibition complex.
Freight forwarding.
Customs clearance.
Storage.
Exhibitors are advised to arrange their orders for Amit Ltd. one month prior to the exhibition at the latest, to avoid delays in processing their order.

Exhibition Fees:
 

6 square meters (2m x 3m)    
  Modular stand $US 2.550.00
  Each additional square meter $US 350.00
Unconstructed space    
  Space only may be reserved at a minimum of 18sqm at a cost of $US 280.00 per sqm

Preferred Areas:
a. stands with 2 fronts - additional 5%
b. stands with 3 fronts - additional 7.5%
c. stands with 4 fronts - additional 10%



Registration and Terms of Payment:

1. Registration must be completed on the official I.I. Stier Group Ltd. registration form.
2. US 1,000 or 25% of total fee (whichever higher) must be paid with the return of the registration form.
3. 35% of total fee must be paid until 1 February 2001.
4. Add a check for the reminder, dated March 12, 2001.
5. Prices are exclusive of V.A.T.
6. All rates are quoted in United States Dollars as of July 2000 and are subject to change.



Exhibition Fee for Constructed Area (Modular Stands) Includes:
 

1 Two side panels and a back wall.
2 Additional panels can be ordered to divide the stand into separate sections.
3 Fascia sign including company name in Hebrew or English (7 letters per running meter). Corner stands may have company name displayed on each side.
4 100 printed invitations to the event (for trade only).
5 Advertising at reduced rates in the Exhibition Catalouge.
6 Two chairs, one table and one shelf per stand up to 8 sqm.
7 Spotlights - one per frontage running meter.
8 One electrical outlet of one kilowatt per 8 sqm. Additional power supply including three-phase sockets etc. can be reservedat an additional fee.
9 A variety of services and rental options can be reserved against an extra fee as published in the Exhibitors’ Instruction Manual.
10 Listing of exhibiting companies in the catalogue index.
11 One parking space per stand, located near the exhibition hall.


Exhibition Fee for Unconstructed Area (Floor Space) Includes:
 

1 Exhibition space as ordered.
2 100 printed invitations to the event, for trade only.
3 Advertising at reduced rates in the Exhibition Catalogue.
4 A variety of services and rental options can be reserved for an additional fee, as published in the Exhibitors’ Instruction Manual.
5 One parking space per stand, located near the exhibition hall.

Exhibitors are provided with a variety of services such as electrical supply and furniture.
