guests of the Hotex exhibition.
HOTEX is open to trade only.
Traditionally the HOTEX exhibition is well attended by buyers for
the following: Retail and wholesale food suppliers and
distributors such as grocery stores, supermarkets, mini-markets,
convenience stores, large food chains, food malls and other food
distributors.
Dining establishments such as restaurants, bistros, pubs, coffee houses, diners, fast food outlets, food bars, pizzerias, cafes and bakeries. Catering institutions and institutions with dining facilities such as kibbutzim, guest houses, wedding halls, convention facilities, municipal and national institutions, hospitals, cafeterias and other institutional dining halls. Hotels including holiday villages, seminar halls and retreats. Over 120,000 personal invitations will be issued to the trade in Israel. We expect trade attendance from neighboring countries including the Palestinian Autonomous Areas.

forwarding and clearance agent.

Exhibitors are advised to arrange their orders for
Amit Ltd. one month prior to the exhibition at the latest, to
avoid delays in processing their order.

The standard height of a stand is 2.46 meters.
Requests for measurements that are not standard must be submitted
for approval by written request to the organizers.
Registration and Terms of
Payment:
1. Registration must be completed on the
official I.I. Stier Group Ltd. registration form.
2. US 1,000 or 25% of total fee (whichever higher)
must be paid with the return of the registration form.
3. 35% of total fee must be paid until 3 September
2000.
4. Balance due must be paid 10 days prior to the
opening of the exhibition.
5. Prices are exclusive of V.A.T.
6. All rates are quoted in United States Dollars
as of December 1999 and are subject to change.
Exhibition Fee for
Constructed Area (Modular Stands) Includes:
| 1 | Two side panels and a back wall. |
| 2 | Additional panels can be ordered to divide the stand into separate sections. |
| 3 | Fascia sign including company name in Hebrew or English (7 letters per running meter). Corner stands may have company name displayed on each side. |
| 4 | 200 printed invitations to the event (for trade only). |
| 5 | Advertising at reduced rates in the Exhibition Catalouge. |
| 6 | Two chairs, one table and one shelf per stand up to 8 sqm. |
| 7 | Spotlights - one per frontage running meter. |
| 8 | One electrical outlet of one kilowatt per 8 sqm. Additional power supply including three-phase sockets etc. can be reserved at an additional fee. |
| 9 | A variety of services and rental options can be reserved against an extra fee as published in the Exhibitors Instruction Manual. |
| 10 | Listing of exhibiting companies in the catalogue index. |
