Guests and Visitors:

Professionals in the areas of catering hall and hotel maintenance and purchasing, architects and interior designers, hotel managers, owners and managers of retail food establishments, as well as previous guests of the Hotex exhibition.
HOTEX is open to trade only. Traditionally the HOTEX exhibition is well attended by buyers for the following: Retail and wholesale food suppliers and distributors such as grocery stores, supermarkets, mini-markets, convenience stores, large food chains, food malls and other food distributors.

Dining establishments such as restaurants, bistros, pubs, coffee houses, diners, fast food outlets, food bars, pizzerias, cafes and bakeries. Catering institutions and institutions with dining facilities such as kibbutzim, guest houses, wedding halls, convention facilities, municipal and national institutions, hospitals, cafeterias and other institutional dining halls. Hotels including holiday villages, seminar halls and retreats. Over 120,000 personal invitations will be issued to the trade in Israel. We expect trade attendance from neighboring countries including the Palestinian Autonomous Areas.

Timetable:

Dismantling of stands - Wednsday 13 December 2000, 18.00 until midnight.
Please be advised that no equipment should be left in the Exhibition Hall after this time.

Exhibition Catalogue:

The exhibition catalogue includes a classified listing of exhibiting companies in Hebrew and English.
The catalogue contains two parts.

1. Classified index with exhibitors' data, which is free of charge to all exhibitors.

2. Advertising space available at preferred rates.

Assistance for Overseas Exhibitors:

Our overseas department will do their best to meet all of the needs of our overseas clients, in order to enable easy and efficient stand management, accommodations, forwarding services, storage, hostess, translation and various other needs.

Transport, Customs Clearance, Storage:
Amit Ltd. has been appointed official agent forwarding and clearance agent.
These services can be booked in advance:
Transport to and from the exhibition complex.
Freight forwarding.
Customs clearance.
Storage.
Exhibitors are advised to arrange their orders for Amit Ltd. one month prior to the exhibition at the latest, to avoid delays in processing their order.

Accommodation & Tourist Services

Exhibition Fees:

Preferred Areas:
a. stands with 2 fronts - additional 10%
b. stands with 3 fronts - additional 15%
c. stands with 4 fronts - additional 20%

The standard height of a stand is 2.46 meters. Requests for measurements that are not standard must be submitted for approval by written request to the organizers.

Registration and Terms of Payment:

1. Registration must be completed on the official I.I. Stier Group Ltd. registration form.
2. US 1,000 or 25% of total fee (whichever higher) must be paid with the return of the registration form.
3. 35% of total fee must be paid until 3 September 2000.
4. Balance due must be paid 10 days prior to the opening of the exhibition.
5. Prices are exclusive of V.A.T.
6. All rates are quoted in United States Dollars as of December 1999 and are subject to change.

Exhibitors are provided with a variety of services such as electrical supply and furniture.
Please refer to the Exhibitors’ Instruction Manual for complete details.

Various Instructions for Exhibitors:

• Public entrance: Registration area is in building 32 and building 27.
  
• The height of the stand must not exceed 2.50 meters. Exhibitors wishing a display higher then the maximum height must receive written authorization from the organizers. Note: any such authorization is subject to a surcharge by the organizers.

• Unconstructed space may be rented in specific areas of the exhibition halls. The minimum size of such space must be 40 sqm.

• Unconstructed space does not include: partitions, fascia signs, spotlights, furniture, electrical supply.

• Prior to the setup of Unconstructed space, a final plan/layout must be submitted to the organizers for approval. The recommended period for submission of the final plan is at least 60 days prior to booth set up.

• Fees/prices listed on the brochure have been calculated as of December 1999. The organizers reserve the right to change these rates without prior notification; however this will not affect those that have already submitted their application and reserved their exhibition space prior to such changes.
