Auburn boasts one of the top collegiate baseball programs in the country and the Auburn Network is proud to deliver coverage of Auburn Baseball to more than 20 affiliate stations throughout the state and parts of Georgia. Steve Renfroe enters his first season as head coach at Auburn and looks to continue the winning tradition he helped establish as the top assistant to legendary coach Hal Baird. As part of the Auburn coaching staff since 1983, Renfroe helped lead the Tigers to two trips to the College World Series, nine NCAA Regionals and two SEC Championships. Under Renfroe’s tutelage Auburn hitters have led the Southeastern Conference five of the last seven years and set school records in hitting two of the last three years. Auburn’s Plainsman Park is considered among the crown jewels of amateur baseball. In fact, Baseball America has rated Plainsman Park as the third-best ballpark in the nation. With a total seating capacity of 3,200, the state-of-the-art Plainsman Park mixes the great traditional ballparks of the past with modern structures of today.
