Football Sampling

     

    Fans gather to sample Zeigler hot dogs.

  • Sponsor will have the right to set up a small tent (no larger than 15 feet by 15 feet) in the Auburn sampling parking lot adjacent to the baseball stadium and across the street from the football stadium prior to an Auburn home football game during the 2000 season. Approved banners and signage may be hung from the tent, promoting the sponsor. This sampling area is known to Auburn fans as the “Tiger Team Village”. In addition to the various companies conducting sampling, several interactive inflatable games reside in the village, providing additional fun and excitement.

  • Sponsor may distribute information and/or premium items in the parking lot and throughout approved tailgating areas around the lot prior to the selected football game. The Auburn University marks and logos as well as the 2000 football schedule may be used on these premium items subject to University’s approval of design. Premium items must be produced by a licensed vendor and would be provided by sponsor at no cost to Auburn Network or Auburn University.

     

  • The promotion will be supported through the following media: Live mentions on the Auburn Network’s Tiger Tailgate Show, which originates next to the sampling parking lot. A minimum of two (2) live mentions encouraging fans to visit the sponsor’s sampling location will be included on the show, which airs two hours prior to kickoff for 90-minutes in front of a live audience just outside Jordan-Hare Stadium.

     

  • All events taking place in the “Tiger Team Village” are promoted via the Auburn Network On-Line Internet site, www.aunetwork.com, the week leading up to each home football game.
