AUBURN- The NCAA Initial Eligibility Waiver Committee has approved a waiver for Auburn freshman football player Victor Horn, clearing him to play for the Tigers this season. Horn, a defensive back, from Huntsville, Ala., will be eligible to play in Auburn's opening game against Wyoming on Aug. 31.
Auburn took Tuesday off, and will return to the practice fields Wednesday. Auburn's game against Wyoming will be televised by ESPN at 7 p.m.(CT).
