whisker 1.1.1 released

major bugfixes!

Windows users will need ActivePerl installed.
Also make sure you read the install.txt, as it contains important information (especially for Windows users).

whisker has only been tested on:
RedHat Linux 4.2, 5.2, and 6.0 boxes
SlackWare Linux 4.0 box
FreeBSD 3.3-release
Debian Linux 2.2 (potato)
SuSE 6.0 and 6.2
Irix 6.5.4
Windows NT 4.0
Solaris (somewhere in the 2.6-2.7 range)
All using perl 5.004 or higher.
